All the information given in this application is true to the best of my knowledge and I understand any false information is reason for denial of a kitten.

When a kitten is available a deposit will be required to hold one for you. 

Kittens develop at different ages and some may need longer time before they can go to their new homes.  Kittens have to be at least 12 weeks old before leaving and some may even need 14 to 16 weeks before they are ready to leave. 

 I understand that this application does not guarantee that I will get a kitten but will be put on a waiting list for one when one is available.

  I understand that this policy is in place to ensure that I am truly committed to reserving a kitten at this time.

  I understand that $100.00 of the deposit will not be refunded if I decide not to get the kitten that was being held for me. (will allow refunds for some situations) I can pay more of a deposit than the required $100.00 or pay in full before picking my kitten up.

  I understand that if a kitten does not become available to me within one year, my deposit will be refunded in full, unless I choose to continue waiting.

  I understand that by sending my deposit I agree that I have read the kitten contract and will abide by all stipulations.  (On website under "About Mystic Meows")

  I understand when I pick up my kitten in person I agree to pay any balance due in full, with cash, certified check or money order.  No personal checks at pick up!  Upon pick up I will receive the CFA registration paperwork & health record with my kitten.
