I understand that this policy is in place to ensure that I am truly committed to reserving a kitten at this time.

  I understand that $100.00 of the deposit will not be refunded if I decide not to get the kitten that was being held for me. (will allow refunds for some situations) The total price of my kitten is $500.00 and I can pay more of a deposit than the required $100.00 or pay in full before picking my kitten up.

  I understand that if a kitten does not become available to me within one year, my deposit will be refunded in full, unless I choose to continue waiting.

  I understand that by sending my deposit I agree that I have read the kitten contract and will abide by all stipulations.  (On website under "About Mystic Meows")

  I understand when I pick up my kitten in person I agree to pay any balance due in full, with cash, certified check or money order.  No personal checks at pick up!
